How can I view a property?

Each property has individual viewing availability. Contact us to set up a time to view. In order to set up a viewing we need to speak to you directly and verify you are able to purchase the property by seeing Proof of Funds. This can be a simple screenshot of your account balance, letter from a bank/lender or a statement.
How can I make an offer on a property?

What types of financing can be used to purchase these properties?

Our properties are available to cash buyers and hard or private money loans. These properties may not qualify for traditional bank loans. This is due to multiple factors including the quick closing time, sometimes condition of the property & other factors.
What is an "Off Market" property?
Off Market properties are homes that are for sale but are not listed on the MLS. The MLS or Multiple Listing Service is where Realtors place listings they have for sale. Most of the time these are homes that need some TLC or are considered "Investor Specials". We typically can sell these homes faster and for less cost to our off market contacts.
What is Proof of Funds?

Proof of Funds shows us that you have the ability to purchase this home. This can be a letter from a private money lender stating the amount you have available to borrow, or a letter from a bank credit line with your available credit listed. It could also be a bank statement or screenshot of your account balance showing you have the funds available to close.
